If you run larger tyres or have a rear locker it is possible that you have broken/sheared a rear Axle stud on the flange before, this is a replacement kit to do one side of the vehicle. Wear and tear can weaken them over a period of time aswell, Don’t trust them if one has snapped or stripped, replace them now whist you can get them out, before any real damage is done. Also make sure you check your wheel bearings are tight, If not this may have caused it also,
