The fuel pump mounted on the undersize of the common rail RG Colorado / Dmax / MUX (2012- on) is located on the frame rail in a very precarious position, exposing fuel filters and drain plug in the bottom of the pump to potential damage from rocks and debris when offroading. If the plug or screw in fuel filters are damaged the vehicle will lose all pressure to the fuel rail, which will result in engine failure. Simple to install, by  unbolting four existing bolts, installing the guard, then refitting the four bolts, the Roadsafe Fuel Pump Guard is a simple solution.
