The old 3 piece ARB Air Locker is well known to be stronger and last longer in hard opperation and competition use however as they are no longer produced and parts are scarse or not available we now have a solution to the often broken side halves of the housing.

These are often broken or damaged when an axle fails, leaving no choice but to discard the entire unit. We now have a solution!

These caps are CNC machined from SG Cast in Australia.

High quality machine work with accurate tolerances ensures perfect fitment to the centre hsouing and bearings.

SG cast material is used rather than steel to ensure the side gears don't gall in the housing (the original units used this material also)

We have made a few upgrades also!

Carrier bearing included and pre-fitted!

Seal housing,  O rings & retaining clip included!

The bearing spigot is upgraded to the 50mm ID bearing so the material is thicker and stronger around the axle.

The air galleries are grub screwed to prevent leaking at higher pressures.
