Tyre Valve to suit the clip on style TPMS sensors found in Y62 Series 3-5 Nissan Patrols.

If replacing wheels, you will require to transfer your TPMS sensors ccross to the new wheels and trying to remove and re-use the existing valves generally leads to breaking them.

These valves are not compatible with the early metal stem TPMS sensors.

To remove the sensors from you existing wheels:

1. Remove all air pressure from the tyre by removing the valve core. 

2. Break the outer bead on the opposite side to the tyre valve carefully.

3. Carefully push the tyre down either with a tyre machine roller or other means to access the sensor.

4. remove the small clip with a small flat blade screwdrive rand remove the sensor by pulling it off the valve stem.

Fitting to the new wheels:

1. Fit the valve to the wheel as normal

2. Fit the tyre to the wheel

3. Push the tyre down either with a tyre machine roller or other means to access the valve.

4. slide the sensor onto the stem and fit the clip.

5. Inflate the tye and take care not to damage the sensor when the bead passes it.
